“Just Peace” not “Just War”


In this program Sherri Brown and John O’Keefe interview Eli McCarthy about the emerging tradition of  “Just Peace” as a replacement to the old “Just War” tradition.

McCarthy  the Director of Justice and Peace for the Conference of Major Superiors of Men, which is the leadership conference of all the U.S. Catholic men’s religious orders. He also teaches at Georgetown University in Justice and Peace Studies.
