The Most Reverend John R. Quinn, former Archbishop of San Francisco, was on the campus of Creighton this week presenting a lecture on Vatican I.

In this interview, Quinn discusses the ways in which Vatican I has been misunderstood, especially its teachings about the communion of bishops and papal primacy.
