Sr. Helen Prejean comes on the show to discuss her work advocating for the abolition of the death penalty. Sr. Prejean is the author of the book Dead Man Walking, which was made into a feature film by the same name in 1995.

The Innocence Project


Creighton sociologist Rebecca Murray, Ph.D. discusses her work with The Innocence Project, which works for the exoneration of individuals who have been wrongfully convicted.  Murray, a Catholic, sees this work as a personal ministry.
